CES 2014: In Which We Meet MiP the Robot (video)

Written by Gina Smith

At CES 2014, aNewDomain editors hit Showstoppers — and met MiP the robot. Or, rather, it met us. Here’s what Wowee’s new open source robot is all about.

aNewDomain.net — Meet MiP. It’s a robot — for $100. It’ll roll around some, dance, and when there are multiple MiPs they even interact. Better still, these robots let you write to an open source SDK, so you can make them do something else altogether. What? We’re not sure. But we saw MiP from Wowee.com at the Showstoppers event here at CES 2014. You’ll see MiPs when they ship at BestBuy later this year. Or check one out below.
