aNewDomain — Video shows a white policeman in South Carolina shooting a black man in the back as he runs away. After the victim dies, the video shows the cop planting a weapon near the victim’s corpse, presumably to justify the killing. Why are white Americans so shocked? Black Americans have reported similar events over and over. Well, now there’s a video.
