aNewDomain.TV — I love my smartphone camera, but sometimes I just don’t capture what I envisioned. When this happens, I jump into a photo-editing program to pull out the artistic view I wanted. One great option is the Pixlr editing suite. Pixlr offers three levels of photo-editing options, from beginners to the more-advanced. The suite is available right from your browser. Check out today’s video highlight of Pixlr.

I’ve been using Paint.net (http://www.getpaint.net/) for Windows for years. It’s open source and can do everything I need quickly. (I don’t do any pre-press stuff — mostly illustrations for articles and talks). I can have Photoshop for free from my work, but don’t bother.
Paint.net is another one I have as well, Larry. It was my goto for a long time as GIMP intimidated me. Thanks for your comment!
