QR Code Reader: App of the Day

My app of the day is a fast, easy to use QR reader — you've seen QR images, or codes. They're everywhere.

This app scans QR codes on retail products and websites. It also allows you to take a photo of a QR code and process it later. After scanning the QR code, it will take you to a web site or show you a location in the map application.

After scanning the QR Code on a Roku, it takes you to the Roku site.

QR Reader also lets you create you own QR codes.

Now you're able to share the QR code with email contacts — or publish it on your site. It's yours to with as you will.

QR Reader is free — and ad-supported. Get rid of the iAds by purchasing the ad-free version of the app for 0.99 cents. There's a lot of functionality here no matter what you decide to do. It works on iPhone, iPad 2, and iPod touch 4th generation. This is a great app that I'm selecting as App of the Day for aNewDomain.net today.
