HTC will today launch the long-awaited 4G LTE handset — the one that works with the Beats Audio technology it bought from Dr. Dre. The event is in New York. Not a lot of secrets, though. We now know the specs as HTC execs are announcing them. It's a 1.5GHz smartphone, 32GB (with microSD), HTC's Sense ui and 1GB RAM.

CNET is liveblogging the event. We're betting the HTC Rezound — you may have heard it called the Vigor — with its 8mp camera and a 4.3-inch 720p Super AMOLED screen will make a sweet Android 4.0 device. Execs say it will be upgradable to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich soon.
