In the Apple vs. Samsung case, decided by a jury in Apple’s favor last week, Apple wasted no time filing a preliminary injunction motion against several Samsung products the jurors found infringed its patents. See all of them on page two of the Apple Injunction Motion Below.
We’ve been covering patent infringements and following the Apple-Samsung war closely. See our full lineup of stories on the Apple-Samsung patent war here at aNewDomain.net and our breaking story on the ruling.
What do you think about this? Our Ant Pruitt says, “The problem isn’t Apple, it’s our patent system. How can you be upset with a player who plays the game better than others?”
I wonder if Apple realizes there are a lot of people like me, I have a Samsung phone, Windows laptop and iPad 3 tablet. I’m not married to one team and when they go after one company they may be affecting one of their own customers. Technology seems to be the only industry that can’t figure this stuff out. TVs, dishwashers, laundry machines, stoves and many other products not only look alike, they all function similarly. Apple didn’t invent anything, they made a product better, but didn’t invent it, they are looking anti-competitive.
I saw a video stating the same thing. “Apple makes things better.” “Apple is a recipe company.” I don’t have a problem with someone improving existing technology. My problem is the patent system saying something insane such as “Ikea has patents on chairs because people can sit on them.” (that’s just a broad example)

I don’t get it….. if not for all the Samsung parts Apple would not be where they are!!!! Makes no sense to do this to the main parts supplier of all your products! More money makes you more stupid apparently!!
