Our Ted Rall does the math on the NSA’s claim that it only touches 1.6 percent of Internet traffic. Here’s his latest comic on anewdomain.net. Ouch.

aNewDomain.net — The NSA claims that it only “touches” 1.6 percent of Internet traffic. Now factor in that email and other communications amount to 2.9 percent of all web communications. And 68.8 percent of that 2.9 percent is spam. That means 1.6 percent is all your email, right? Our Ted Rall does the math.
