Microsoft Nokia Buy? Hell, no, say sources close to the company. Finland and Nokia stockholders are unlikely to let it go to Microsoft, who upset Nokia when it paid the Finn firm $2B in 2011 to switch Nokia from Symbian to become a Microsoft Windows Phone smartphone maker.
