How to Control Your Dreams (infographic)

Written by Gina Smith

Shadow has an app coming out soon. It aims to help you remember your dreams. In the meantime, here’s how to control your dreams — infographic.

aNewDomain.net — What’s that dream you had? Dreams reveal patterns, anxieties and desires. But most people forget their dreams moments after waking. Now, there’s an app for that. Or there will be. While you await the app from Shadow, here’s an infographic on how to control your dreams.

According to execs at Shadow, an app to help you better remember your dreams is in beta. But head to the company’s website right now and sign up to get a free preview. The idea is it will nudge you to record your dream images and events upon waking. After awhile, you’ll be able to detect patterns and symbolism, the elements dream analysts examine in hard copy dream journals.

While you await the app, now is a great time to learn how to control your dreams. Check out the How To Control Your Dreams infographic, below.

  • I am very fortunate, I have an app in my head (not sure where) that allows me access to my dreams. Sometimes when my dreams come true I think to myself “Oh ya, I forgot about that one until now.”
