Microsoft Nokia Buy? Hell, no, say sources close to the company. Finland and Nokia stockholders are unlikely to let it go to Microsoft, who upset Nokia when it paid the Finn firm $2B in 2011 to switch Nokia from Symbian to become a Microsoft Windows Phone smartphone maker. And if the Finns do let it go, there's the fact that this deal makes MS the single largest controller of standard essential telecom patents in the world. The DOJ won't let that go.
