Earth Hour 2012: March 31, 2012 at 20:00 Pacific

|

The Competitive Enterprise Institute says it will "commemorate "Earth Hour 2012 with its "Human Achievement Hour," 60 minutes to gather with friends in a heated home, watch television and surf the Internet instead of dimming or shutting off the lights altogether to draw attention to climate change. An odd way to save energy, that's for sure.
